As our products fall under the food category, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

This policy helps us maintain product quality, hygiene, and safety standards for all customers.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us review your request, kindly provide:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be offered if:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • An incorrect item was delivered.
  • The product packaging was significantly compromised upon delivery.

Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been completed.
  • An order is cancelled before dispatch and approved by our team.
  • A replacement cannot be provided for a verified damaged or incorrect product.

Refund approvals remain at the sole discretion of Jaisalmer Wala after review of the case.

Once an order has been processed and handed over for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refunds or replacements will generally not be provided for:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Delayed delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Product preferences related to taste, aroma, colour, or texture that naturally vary in traditional Bilona Ghee.
